“LIVING A TRANSFORMED LIFE – Pt. 2” (Rom. 13-16)
INTRO: Today we’re finishing our Romans series on “What’s So Good About The Good News?” We’re in the practical section of Romans, focusing on “Living a Transformed Life.”
I. TRANSFORMED PEOPLE WILLINGLY SUBMIT TO SECULAR AUTHORITY (Rom. 13:1-14).
- Submit to God by Submitting to Secular Authority (vv. 1–7).
- The concept of authority is from God (v. 1).
- Resisting authority is resisting God (v. 2).
- If you’re doing right, there’s nothing to fear (vv. 3-5).

- Develop godly standards and follow them as unto the Lord without disrespecting or judging others, being we will all answer to God (vv. 5b-12).

- Respect your personal convictions without pushing them on others (vv. 14, 22-23).
- Love will forgo personal freedoms for the sake of others (vv. 15-16, 20-21).
