This film was produced by Kendall Qualls, President of Take Charge Minnesota (www.takechargemn.com). Kendall will be present at the showing!
About this film: This documentary starts at the end of the civil rights era with the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and tracks the 50-year journey taken by the black Americans on the two different roads they have traveled since that iconic time. This film has a message of hope for our country and hope in the future of the black community that is centered on faith, family and a better education for their children.
The mission of Take Charge Minnesota is to inspire and educate black and other minority communities of their full rights and privileges as Americans granted to them by the Constitution. One of Take Charge Minnesota‘s core principles is that restoring the two-parent black family should be a priority both locally and nationally.
