“Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines.” (Hebrews 13:9)
To many Christians are gullible to strange and false doctrines. How do we avoid this? By immersing yourself in the Scriptures (2Tim. 2:15). Regularly invite the Holy Spirit to guide you into truth (Jn. 16:13).
Be teachable and accountable without being gullible. Don’t be fascinated with the new and novel, but be fascinated with Jesus Christ and all the Scriptures (2Tim. 3:16).
