In the last several weeks we’ve looked at the chastening of the Lord from Hebrews 12:5-11. That passage mentions parents, especially fathers, disciplining their children. This has become a far more complicated issue in today’s culture. Proper discipline today is considered child abuse and parents can even have their children taken away. No wonder so many children, youth and young adults today are out of control, which has resulted in lawlessness! How should Christian parents discipline their children today? I will answer that question in next week’s Facebook devotional.
