”Therefore strengthen the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees, and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed.” (Heb. 12:12-13)
Notice that we’re to take personal responsibility to strengthen ourselves, and to pursue health and healing. Are you effectively doing this? Are you spending consistent time in the Word, prayer, worship, fellowship, and serving? No one can do this for you, and no one can keep you from it. Quit making excuses and just do it! Consider asking someone you trust to hold you accountable.
