“For you are still carnal. For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men?” (1Cor. 3:3)
In 1Corinthians 3:1-2 Paul tells the Corinthians that he couldn’t give them solid food spiritually because they were carnal rather than spiritual. Then Paul goes on to give them signs of carnality over spirituality.
Paul said envy, strife and divisions were signs of carnality and behavior more like the unsaved. Is there envy, strife, and division in your life? If so, learn to deal with it and overcome it so you can grow up and receive the deeper truths of God!
