“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30)
Jesus has a rest for your soul! Go to Jesus to get this rest. Are you weary? Are you heavy laden? If so, Jesus wants to give you rest – rest not only for your body but for your soul. Jesus said His yoke is easy and His burden is light. Could this mean that if we are carrying a heavy burden that it’s not a burden Jesus has given us to carry?
