“He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge…” (Ps. 91:4)
When you dwell in the secret place of the Most High (Ps. 91:1), God’s got you covered! Like a mother hen covers her young chicks with her wings to protect them from danger, so does God cover you with His wings of protection.
Of course, God doesn’t literally have wings with feathers, but the symbolism is clear and comforting. However, this covering isn’t automatic. You and I have to take refuge in the secret place.
As you seek God in the secret place, believe that He has you covered with His wings of protection!
