“Rejoice in the Lord always. Again, I will say, rejoice!” (Philippians 4:4)
The dictionary defines joy as a very glad feeling; happiness; great pleasure; delight. Rejoice means to express joy. There are two aspects of joy – the inward experiencing of joy AND the outward expression of that inward experience. Paul wrote that we are to rejoice in the Lord – to express joy – always!
Are you rejoicing in the Lord always? Are you expressing joy always – even when you’re having a bad day?
