Last week we looked at the importance of hearing and obeying the voice of the Lord from Heb. 12:25.
Today we’re going to look briefly at some of the characteristics of the voice of the Lord from Psalm 29.
“The voice of the LORD is over the waters; The God of glory thunders; The LORD is over many waters.
The voice of the LORD is powerful; The voice of the LORD is full of majesty. The voice of the LORD breaks the cedars, Yes, the LORD splinters the cedars of Lebanon.” (Psalm 29:3-5)
While the voice of the Lord can at times be a still small voice, at other times it can be bold and powerful! Creation responds to the voice of the Lord. The voice of the Lord can bring judgment and breakthrough. Are you listening to the voice of the Lord? Accept whatever ways God chooses to speak to you!
