“I know that the LORD has given you the land, that the terror of you has fallen on us, and that all the inhabitants of the land are fainthearted because of you. For we have heard how the LORD dried up the water of the Red Sea for you when you came out of Egypt, and what you did to the two kings of the Amorites who were on the other side of the Jordan, … whom you utterly destroyed.” (Josh. 2:10)
Rahab, who was from Jericho, knew that God was giving His people the city of Jericho. The fear of God’s people had fallen on the people of Jericho. Why? How? Because the people of Jericho had heard about God drying up the Red Sea for the people of God and giving them victory over two kings.
The people of God today – the church – needs to press in and experience supernatural victories from God that restore the respect from the world that the church has lost. Are you all in?
